There are many “secrets” to manifesting and the law of attraction. One of the methods people believe is the most important is meditation because it can help you clear your mind of noise and doubts.

This way, you can get to a deeper subconscious level of your mind, where you’ll be in a place to visualize your aspirations better and raise your vibrations to boost your ability to attract and manifest.

Why Should You Meditate For The Law Of Attraction?

It’s important to take a moment to understand why it is helpful to use meditation for the law of attraction. You see, meditation can help clear your mind of limiting beliefs and worries, which will enable you to acquire a positive mindset and reduce your stress.

Whereas, if your mind is bogged down by negative thoughts and attitudes that hold you back, there’s a strong possibility that they might stop you from manifesting properly.

Meditation can also serve as a great tool for visualization, too. If you’re having trouble visualizing and feeling what you want to manifest, take a few minutes to practice meditation before starting your manifestation ritual. It will be easier to take control of your visualizations of what you want to achieve.

Meditation For The Law Of Attraction For Beginners

If you’re brand new to meditating or you’ve tried before, but it didn’t really work out for you. Then I’ve got some advice for you.

#1 Don’t Let It Intimidate You

To begin with, don’t let it make you feel scared or like you can’t do it. These are just limiting beliefs that will try to hold you back, don’t let them!

Meditating for the law of attraction is very easy, so long as you don’t let other people make it more complicated than it needs to be.

Keep it simple when first starting out by avoiding any fancy named meditation routines. They’re almost always for more advanced meditation once you’ve got a basic ritual down.

#2 Keep your daily meditation simple

Next, introduce yourself to meditation slowly. It’s perfectly normal not to be able to meditate for long periods when starting out. Don’t beat yourself up over this.

Believe it or not, it takes lots of practice to build up to longer and more complicated meditations, so it’s not that your brain isn’t working right.

Instead, start with just a few minutes each day. (And yes, this little is all you need to get started.)

Choose a quiet and comfortable location to sit, ideally where you’ll have as few distractions as possible (the bedroom is my go-to spot).

And what should you do during this time?

Close your eyes and focus on your breathing, nothing else.

Breath in. Breath out. Nothing else.

Will you get distracting thoughts, and your mind will try to wonder? Of course it will. It’s totally normal.

That’s why as soon as you notice it, you should bring back your focus to your breathing again. Your breathing is what will help keep you grounded and centered.

You’ll find as you practice, this will happen less often. But don’t worry too much if you feel like it keeps happening. It might just be you need a quieter spot or that this is the best you can do given where you can meditate.

#3 Get creative with staying focused on your meditation

Alternatively, if you still feel like you’re struggling, try looking for guided meditations on YouTube. Just make sure to check it doesn’t make things over-complicated.

Guided meditations from YouTube are easy to use and especially helpful for blocking out distracting noises if you use headphones.

Because let’s be honest, it’s hard to control when someone decides to mow the lawn (it’s shocking how loud this is, even four floors up). Or when the neighborhood huskies decide to have a howling session every time an ambulance goes by.

I can’t think of anyone who wouldn’t find noises like this distracting, so don’t feel like your focus is lacking if you need to resort to blocking them out with guided meditations on YouTube. In fact, having a voice to focus on for some people is just easier, and there’s nothing wrong with that either!

How Meditation For The Law of Attraction Can Boost Your Visualization

Meditation for the Law of Attraction Beginner Guide

When it comes to meditating for the law of attraction and manifestation, the next step from the basics is to include visualization. This visualization aspect is considered essential for helping to boost your vibrations and manifest your goals.

Once you feel confident with your meditation ritual, you can start using it to help visualize yourself achieving what you want to manifest.

Simply clear your mind like you would during your normal meditation, and then when you feel grounded and focused, begin to shift into visualizing and digging deep into your subconscious. Imagine where you would be and how you would feel if you achieved what you’re trying to manifest.

You can add a brief meditation exercise to your manifesting ritual, which helps you visualize what you want, release those pesky limiting beliefs, and let go of stress that might make manifesting difficult.

While at the same time, your meditation will help you tap into your subconscious mind. Everything you imagine originates in your conscious mind, but it’s your subconscious mind where you can truly tap into the magic of the law of attraction.

Conclusion On Using Meditation For The Law Of Attraction

Just remember, we all have to start somewhere when doing something new for the first time, so it’s going to take time for you to find that calm meditation state that lets you open up your subconscious to manifesting.

Start with just a few minutes each day of focusing on your breathing or the voice of a guided meditation video. Only when you feel comfortable and confident in your ritual try to move on to visualizations and more advanced meditations.

And if you’ve tried meditation in the past and it hasn’t worked for you. Then I hope these new ideas and tips will help you overcome what’s holding you back.
